The Victims of Violence Fund has been established as an emergency campaign in reaction to the current situation in Israel. Israelis are fighting to protect their homes and to safeguard the future and the existence of the State of Israel. Hundreds of Jews have been killed since the start of the Palestinian intifada, even more have been injured and the numbers continue to increase. The continuing intifada, has devastated the Israeli economy. Millions of dollars are needed for emergency medical equipment and supplies.

Keren Hayesod has been called upon to mobilize the
support of World Jewry. This Victims of Violence Fund
will make money available to ease the enormous difficulties
faced by these innocent victims, our fellow Jews,
the people of Israel.
